Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Specialist. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communicating, recruiting, and training potential candidates for freelance opportunities with Rising Queens.

Qualifications

Hiring and Interviewing skills Excellent Communication skills Recruiting and Training skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in HR or recruiting is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing is a plus
