Job description

Job Summary : As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure the seamless execution of company-wide initiatives, strategic projects, and day-to-day operations. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: · Strategic Planning and Execution: · Collaborate with the CEO to develop, communicate, execute, and sustain corporate strategic initiatives. · Drive the development and implementation of key projects to achieve organizational objectives.

Project Management: · Oversee and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. · Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Communication and Coordination: · Serve as a central point of contact between the CEO and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. · Coordinate and lead executive meetings, preparing agendas and action items.

Data Analysis and Reporting: · Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making. · Prepare regular reports on organizational performance and strategic initiatives.

Leadership Support: · Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on critical business matters. Represent the CEO in various internal and external meetings when required.

Culture and Team Development: · Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting the company's values and culture. · Work closely with HR to implement leadership development programs and initiatives.

Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. · Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry. · Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and executing complex initiatives. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. · Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and provide strategic insights. · Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
