Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Performance Marketing Specialist (digital marketing executive). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns, managing online advertising platforms, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition. The Performance Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and creative, to develop effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
- Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and drive results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in e-commerce or start-up environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
