Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at our office located in Pune. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and basic computer literacy. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, providing information, and performing administrative tasks such as creating documents and maintaining records.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and scheduling appointments
- Basic computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required, proficiency in Marathi is a plus
