Responsibilities and Duties
1. Generate creative copy for various marketing materials, including ads, search ads, website headers, social media ads, product page descriptions, newsletters, blogs, and offline collateral like brochures and signage.
2. Edit, proofread, and ensure grammatical accuracy.
3. Communicate effectively in various tones.
4. Conduct research to inform content creation.
5. Contribute to the evolution of copywriting practices and define processes.
6. Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
7. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute tasks effectively.
8. Maintain high-quality work within established timelines.
9. Continuously learn and grow through shared resources and feedback. Actively contribute to team ideation and suggestions.
10. Present work clearly and compellingly.
11. Produce well-researched content for online and print publications.
12. Organize writing schedules to meet deadlines and adhere to an editorial calendar.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
- Strong writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
- Preference given to candidates with 3 years of content writing experience and a total of 4 years of work experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
