Job description
Should maintain repo build with client to close the lead.
● To do entry in CRM and maintain other records.
● Organizing and participating actively on & off campus Events & functions.
● Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counseling.
● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing
exemplary customer services.
● Update daily /weekly/monthly report and send it to Branch Sales Manager/Branch Head.
● Overall responsibility for the sales growth of the Branch.
● Follow new changes and Methods for counseling and follow up to grow the business of the assigned Branch.
● Calling for new lead generation and calling for follow ups after counseling.
● Supporting the sales team for Seminar and Workshop.
● Train Tele caller how to take calls, identify quality leads and convenience targeted audiences to visit Branch.
● Take a report from a Tele caller everyday and make sure no any missed activities in CRM.
