Pan India presence with 1500+ Employees across 85+ branches in 80 cities Leadership Team with 150+ years of experience with deep India and global exposure in Financial Services, Risk & Technology Responsibilities: Compliance Stay abreast of local, state, and employment laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Conduct regular internal audits to assess and mitigate compliance risks Auditing Lead and conduct internal HR audits to ensure data accuracy, policy adherence, and process effectiveness Collaborate with external auditors as needed, providing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes Develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings Policy Development Work closely with the HR team to develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes. Communicate changes in policies and ensure understanding and adherence across the organization Data Integrity: Oversee the maintenance and integrity of HR data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive HR information
