EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Implement, Monitor, and Support effective HR Policies, Processes, and Systems.
• Responsible for contributing majorly toward the Recruitment vertical and also assisting in ensuring smooth branch/office operations.
• Ensure all the employees are informed of the changes in HR policies and practices.
• Work towards enhancing Employee Productivity and Job Satisfaction.
• Identify required talent by each role to support the organization's growth and capabilities.
• Conduct induction program for new employees and develop a training schedule for all employees based on role and competency level
• Assess the pulse of the morale and issues of employees.
• Conduct team-building activities to improve morale and address issues to help retention.
• Act as the main Point Of Contact (POC) for Community Operations in Hyderabad and ensure all community activities are done well.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Work with modern tools including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
• Relevant experience in recruitment

Technical Skills

• Having a prior internship or full-time experience with talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Thorough understanding of human resource principles and processes.
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle.

Soft Skills

• A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with several ideas about a topic.
• Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Team player.
• Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
• Urging to stay updated with the latest trends and practices is highly preferred.
• Complex Problem Solving by Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• We require someone who is innately curious and motivated
• Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
