Job Description :We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our talented engineering team. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI/ML engineers and Data Scientists to develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with your team, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services. Job Responsibilities :- Team leadership experience managing a team of AI/ML engineers and Data Scientists.- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.- Conduct research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.- Manage MLOps and optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.- Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.- Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Contribute to the establishment of best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.Job Requirements :- 8+ years experience as an AI/ML Engineer with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.- 6+ years of experience as a Team Leader.- Strong team leadership skills.- Experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.- 6+ years' experience and proficiency in Python.- Experience in OCR and Intelligent Document Processing tools- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.- Familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Plotly.- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Reports To :- Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) (ref:hirist.tech)
