Overview
The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization by cultivating and managing client relationships. This position is integral to the success of the company as it directly impacts the bottom line through sales and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets

- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in using CRM systems for sales management
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings

- Availability for occasional travel
- 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role
