Job Description (JD): Tax Audit
Position: Tax Auditor
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate tax audits for clients in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Identify potential tax risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to gather necessary information and address any inquiries during the audit process.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and compliance status.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with the latest requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the CA firm to ensure comprehensive and integrated client service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective tax strategies for clients.
