Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sangli for an Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Management. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks associated with supply management, purchase management, supply chain management, and inventory management; and streamlining processes to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills to identify and resolve complex supply chain challenges
- Expertise in Supply Management, Purchase Management and Supply Chain Management
- Experience with Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; master's degree preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing sector preferred
- Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems preferred
