Job description
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of Bio-organic products. They supply to leading global corporations in sectors such as Food, Pharma, Paper, Polymer, etc. They have a state of art manufacturing facility in West Godavari District. Andhra Pradesh.
Key role: Managing the corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions of the company. Key responsibilities: Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, and other applicable laws and guidelines. Board and Committee Support : Coordinate and manage Board and committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Corporate Governance : Develop, implement, and review corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Shareholder Relations: Manage communication with shareholders, addressing inquiries and facilitating shareholder meetings. Legal and Secretarial Support: Provide legal support on corporate matters, contracts, and agreements. Qualifications: Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience as a Company Secretary in a listed company or reputable corporate law firm. Profound knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutes.
