Budget Achievement
To ensure the achievement of fixed budget in terms of volume, MS% ,disbursement
Value and Finance Income at each designated circles/ Geography
To drive various new and existing Digital initiatives for the vertical
To establish and maintain business strategies to meet Volume & MS% Targets.
Productivity measurement:
To ensure that employee productivity is improved & met month on month and to give
analysis to the circles.
To ensure that IRR is improved or maintained to improve the returns with enhanced
profitability.
Profitability : To ensure that IRR is improved or maintained to improve the returns with
enhanced profitability.
Enquiry Management: Process design and continuous improvement of enquiry
management with time bound implementation of CRM for better customer service.
Direct Marketing: To ensure the enquiry generation and closure of all direct marketing
leads.
New Project : To partner with Business in initiation and execution of new project and
initiatives for vertical in order to scale up the business volume and Market share .
Process Improvement and Quality Initiatives : Driving various process Improvement and
Quality Initiatives in concern Business vertical.
MIS and Dashboards :
Creation of various Dashboards in Tableau in order to meet the Circle and BH
requirements .Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of information to relevant
stakeholders
