Counselor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at College Vidya in Noida. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding online education, admission counseling, career counseling, and personal counseling. The Counselor will also be responsible for conducting webinars on various topics related to education and counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in counseling and guidance
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Experience in higher education counseling, preferably in an online or distance learning setting
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• Experience in conducting webinars and workshops is a plus
• Experience with online learning platforms and tools is a plus
