Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, guiding, and training a team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will lead the team to improve sales and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met and resolved in a timely and efficient manner, while working towards enhancing the quality of service.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
