**Job Title: Franchise Manager - Salon Chain**
**Job Description:** As a Franchise Manager for our esteemed salon chain, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence by identifying and securing potential business partners who are eager to invest in and operate franchise locations. Your primary responsibility will be to scout, evaluate, and onboard franchisees who align with our brand values and uphold our standards of excellence in the salon industry. **Responsibilities:**1. **Franchise Development:** Identify and research potential franchise markets, both domestically and internationally. Develop strategic plans to penetrate new territories and capitalize on growth opportunities. 2. **Lead Generation:** Proactively seek out qualified leads through various channels including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective franchisees. 3. **Qualification and Evaluation:** Screen potential franchise partners to ensure they meet our criteria in terms of financial capability, business acumen, and alignment with our brand values. Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective franchisees to assess their suitability for partnership. 4. **Negotiation and Contracting:** Lead negotiations with potential franchisees regarding terms and conditions of franchise agreements. Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and finalize franchise contracts and agreements. 5. **Franchisee Training and Support:** Coordinate with internal training resources to ensure franchisees receive comprehensive training on salon operations, customer service standards, and brand protocols. Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to help them succeed in their business ventures. 6. **Relationship Management:** Foster positive relationships with franchisees to maintain alignment with brand standards and foster a sense of community within the franchise network. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding operational inquiries, marketing support, and ongoing business needs. 7. **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor the performance of franchise locations against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks. Implement strategies to address any issues or challenges impacting franchisee success and overall brand performance. **Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Proven track record of success in franchise development or business development roles, preferably within the salon or beauty industry. - Strong understanding of franchise operations, including legal and regulatory requirements. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel frequently to meet with prospective franchisees and oversee franchise operations. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and scaling successful businesses.
