Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immediate opening for Bench Sales Recruiters. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing requirements across the USA, Submitting Candidate profiles to the suitable requirements, scheduling interviews and coordinating between the candidates and the vendors, negotiating salary offers, and closing candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• 1+ Year Experience in bench sales or staffing is an added advantage
