Responsibilities:

- Foster positive relationships with followers and address any issues promptly.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with clients marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful campaign assets.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports with key performance indicators and actionable insights.
- Stay Current with Trends:
- Stay informed about social media trends algorithm changes and emerging platforms.
- Recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead in the dynamic digital landscape.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain open communication with clients providing updates on campaign performance and discussing future strategies.
- Understand clients business goals and incorporate them into social media plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management preferably within an ad agency.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and community building.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
