Sales Manager (Chokhi Dhani)

We're seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth across our diverse offerings. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for hotel rooms, restaurants, event spaces, and cultural experiences. Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, prospecting, and networking activities. Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and other industry professionals. Generate proposals and presentations that effectively showcase Chokhi Dhani's unique offerings and value proposition. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Chokhi Dhani and clients. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads, proposals, and negotiations. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic sales initiatives. Oversee sales team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals. Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare insightful sales reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. Mandatory Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its various sales channels. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Proven negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in sales and CRM software (a plus). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric focus with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
