Key Responsibilities Area

  • Item Master Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of item master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Item Growth Management: Develop strategies to drive growth and adoption of existing products, including product line extensions and enhancements.
  • Dead Inventory Management: Identify and address dead or slow-moving inventory to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
  • Customer Feedback amp; Queries: Gather and analyze customer feedback and queries to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Product Quality Management: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Metrics Management: Track and manage key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Frequency of Purchase to assess product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry/Customer Understanding: Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • QC Report Analysis: Analyze quality control reports from operations to identify and address any quality issues.
  • Product Reviews Management: Monitor product reviews on different channels and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
  • Cohort Analysis: Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior and preferences over time.
  • Market Research amp; Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Customer Experience Management: Continuously improve the overall customer experience by implementing feedback-driven improvements.

  • Product Reviews amp; Ratings
  • NPS, LTV, FOP (frequency of purchase)
  • Repeat Rate
  • DOH of SKU (till 2000 units are sold)
  • New Category Launch
  • QC Rate

Desired Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of D2C experience in product team or category team
  • Understanding of customer psychology
  • Understanding of all the major KPIs
  • Should be having the good experience in defining the sound questionnaire for survey
