Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Executive role located in Patna. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources. The HR Executive will also be responsible for managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, operations, and employee relations
- Expertise in HR policies and compliance with labor laws
- Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP
- Experience with a startup company and familiarity with door to door service is a must
