Job Summary

As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work closely with the founder and leadership team. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects across the board but fundraising and investor relations work streams will take priority for now.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising:

Assist in and lead parts of all things fundraising at 10club. This will entail working closely with the founders, finance team, investors and other external partners. You will be involved in work streams spanning pitch development, investment research, financial analysis+modelling, due diligence, outreach and everything in between

  • Investor Relations:

Maintain relationships with existing investors, keeping them informed about company developments, financial performance, and key milestones periodically. You will serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests

  • Strategy + Analytics:

Carry out business analysis and subsequently formulate plans of action and ensure implementation. You may find yourself working solo, leading another team or only project managing such initiatives as the situation dictates

  • Other:

Anything and everything else in true spirit of a founder's office role

Must Have

  • 3-5+ years of proven track record in IB/PE/VC/Mamp;A/Consulting/Corp. Development
  • Strong understanding of fundraising, investment process and material preparation
  • Strong understanding of financial statements
  • Past experience carrying out investment research, financial modelling and preparing pitch decks
  • Are highly skilled at MS-Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience working with senior leadership teams/member
  • Past experience working with/in startups (preferred not mandatory)

  • Possess prior experience in/with e-commerce and D2C brands (preferred not mandatory)

Structure

  • Monday to Friday Work from office, flexible on Saturdays
  • Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
