Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Associate Inside Sales at Miles Education located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Sr Associate Inside Sales will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with creating and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Working Days- 6 days (Monday off) Qualifications Inside sales and lead generation skills Customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills Account management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field Experience in the education or training industry is a plus Skills/Qualifications that we are looking for: i High empathy and patience to understand and answer queries i 0-5 years of Inside Sales experience. i Candidates should have fluent oral & written English. i Prior experience in outbound calling & targeted sales. i Pro-Active, Self Motivated & Target-oriented Personality.
