Job description
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues, including Servers, Network, Application, and Internet problems in a dynamic environment.
Respond to support requests, inquiries, and emails, assigning issues to the appropriate technician and ensuring timely resolution.
Support company projects with messaging (MQ) infrastructure throughout their lifecycle.
Adhere to standards, best practices, and processes to ensure compliance and quality.
Proactively review and improve processes for efficiency.
Ensure high server and service availability to minimize downtime.
Prioritize incidents based on business needs and technical specifications, applying best practices.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve messaging (MQ) issues, participate in crisis calls, and demonstrate strong problem management skills.
