We are looking for a Top Performer in the form of a Business Sales Executive for our Digital Marketing Agency, it is an exciting position for a full time Digital Marketing Sales Manager to join a friendly team

Reporting to the General Manager the Digital Marketing Sales Manager will make a significant contribution to the company sales and customer growth through several current and future digital channels. The person must have adequate qualification and experience in business development with a full-service digital agency (a minimum of 4 years). The candidate must have adequate online and offline data base of good clients (both domestic and international) who can be converted as into successful businesses.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth for our job board platform. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the recruitment or online advertising industry.

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue from job postings and advertising packages. Client Acquisition: Prospect and engage with HR managers, recruiters, and talent acquisition professionals to promote our job board services and secure new accounts. Consultative Selling: Understand the recruitment needs and advertising objectives of prospective clients, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and maximize customer satisfaction. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our job board platform, highlighting its value proposition to potential clients. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and achieve sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, and provide regular reports to management. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on best practices in sales techniques, digital marketing trends, and recruitment industry insights to enhance sales effectiveness and professional growth. Requirements: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment, HR, or online advertising industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
