Job description
Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized andin conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
Develop and maintain project performance database thattracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
Assign and monitor resources effectively to boostproject efficiency and maximize deliverables output
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriatemanagement channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
Serve as point of communication between company teamsand external resources
Deepen partnerships with outside resources, includingthird-party vendors and researchers

Area of responsibilities
Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and clientrequirements, facilitate pricing discussions and obtain senior management inputon timelines and deliverables
Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal orregulatory requirements, contract standards, and cost targets
benefit the healthcare organizationu2019s financialperformance
Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis withbusiness partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance withterms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contractrenewal
Drive innovations to streamline operations and improve the efficiency ofpartner deliverables
Prior Experience in leading partner drivenengagements
Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset managementprocesses successfully
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experiencewith Discovery tool
Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may beadvantageous.
Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and groupsituations
Ability to systematically analyse complex problems, draw relevant conclusionsand implement appropriate solutions
Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
