Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced LibreOffice Trainer to join our team at Irizpro Learning Solution. As a LibreOffice Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training to our clients on the effective use of LibreOffice suite, specifically focusing on LibreCalc. This is a freelance position with a duration of 1 to 3 years. The job location is Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in training on LibreOffice suite, specifically LibreCalc
- Proficiency in LibreOffice, Microsoft Excel, and Macros
- Strong knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Certification or formal training in instructional design or training would be a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs on the effective use of LibreOffice suite, with a focus on LibreCalc
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises
- Conduct interactive training sessions, both in-person and online
- Assess the training needs of clients and customize training programs accordingly
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to LibreOffice
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of LibreOffice to ensure accurate and comprehensive training
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve the training programs
