We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Head to lead our sales operations. This role is pivotal in forming its own sales team and driving towards outstanding performance, crafting innovative sales strategies, and nurturing key customer relationships to accelerate our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion : Leverage your experience in the Replacement market for automotive parts in medium and heavy commercial vehicles to expand our network, including appointing new distributors and dealers.
- Strong Market Presence : Utilize your deep market knowledge to strengthen our brand's penetration.
- Lead and Inspire : Manage, motivate, and form a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Strategic Execution : Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Key Account Management : Nurture and grow relationships with vital customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborative Efforts : Work closely with other departments to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
What We Need From You:
- Proven Expertise : A minimum of 12-15 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive replacement market for sales of automotive parts in medium and heavy commercial vehicles.
- Analytical Acumen : Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate market challenges.
- Leadership Skills : A history of successful team and sales management.
- Communication Mastery : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
