As a Store Manager at Printo, you play a pivotal role as the face of our establishment.

- Upholding high standards of customer service and promptly addressing customer and team concerns.
- Effective management of cash, payments, and preparation of sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead in a retail business or a clear potential to lead and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and the team.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, either in-person or over the phone.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Relevant background in sales and the ability to close orders.
