Job Description : Team Lead Project Management
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure work delegation with subordinates and followup there to get the work done.
Ensure to monitor update and smooth implementation of MIS reports and should be able to
generate routine and adhoc reports as required.
High Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Access PowerPoint to Maintain the MIS
Reports and must be able to analyze reports to detect problems during data collection and
help review data that has been collected.
Participate in crossfunctional meetings to understand the requirements and issues in the
core teams and bring it to the top management.
Daily Routines & Minutes of Meeting followup with your subordinates and ensure it to be
completed within the timelines.
Conduct daily reviews with core team (Operational Level Teams) executives to assure their
daily routines processes and practices are being followed.
Delivering & Maintaining the MIS Reports with periodic intervals to track the performance
of individual & team levels (Ex: KRA Leaderboards).
Should engage in business growth projects to implement the new thought process shared by
top Management.
Giving directions to resolve the problems in the core teams and to achieve a common goal.
Collect the actionable from managers through daily meetings and follow up until the
actionable closure.
Highlighting the problematic areas in the core team processes and ensuring your role is
internal data auditor.
Mandatory Skills
o Good Communication in English.
o Any Post Graduate Degree.
o Minimum 2 Year Experience Required.
o Microsoft tools knowledge such as MS Excel Ms Access and PowerPoint.
o SQL experience preferred.
o Leadership Skills Most Required.
