Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Write captivating job descriptions and post them on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and objectives
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
