About The Role:
CloudRock are currently looking to grow their HCM Workday consultancy team in Mumbai. We are looking for experienced Consultants to provide exemplary service, support, advice and delivery services to Workday clients.

Responsibilities: - Participate in consulting teams on client engagements, internal projects, & practice building
- Facilitate and run requirements gathering workshops with clients
- Adding functionality for blanket inflation factors (Adaptive Planning expertise)
- Adding functionality for FTE/Employee related promotions (Adaptive Planning expertise); primarily related to actuarial testing/raises but would need functionality available to all employees Enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) in Workday Adaptive Planning for all users; Currently setup to login based on email address alone (Workday Financials and HCM both use SSO)
- Identify solutions to problems in a creative way through research and practice
- Design, build, and release to production Workday HCM integration to incorporate FTE level reporting within Workday Adaptive Planning and/or HCM (Both Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM expertise)
- To train, support and upskill junior team members as required based on your experience.
Mandatory Experience: - 4+ years' experience of Workday Adaptive Planning gained in a medium to large size company
- Consolidated experience of configuration within at least two Workday modules
- Proficient in Workday Methodology
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with international customers.
Desired Experience: - Workday Certification in HCM or Adaptive Planning (Services)
- Ideally experience of one end to end Workday Project
Necessary Skills: - Fluent written and spoken English language
- Effective presentation skills to lead a call / workshops
- Consolidated consulting skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
