Job Description

Handle requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms for ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Navi Mumbai & ibis Thane.

-Maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms.

-Help to meet monthly revenue targets.

-Deal with guests adeptly and maintain confidentiality of guest information and property data.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

-Relevant diploma / degree in Hotel Management

-3 to 4 years of Hotel Industry experience

-Knowledge of Opera Software

-Strong operational / technical knowledge.

-Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, proactive).

Additional Information

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
