Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

An executive assistant has the potential to act as a true business partner to the founder, helping them focus on critical priorities by effective time and task management. You will get an inside view on the growth of a fast paced, boot strapped business.Â

Responsibilities of the role:Â

  1. Calendar Management: Manage professional scheduling for the founder, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client managementÂ
  2. Organising and maintaining office systems: Maintain and refine internal processes to expedite workflows.
  3. Preparing corporate documents: Drafting and proof reading Important contracts, licenses, etc needed for the business
  4. Problem Solving: Finding solutions to problems that a founder would otherwise solve for
  5. Effective Communication: Smooth communication between founder and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and supportÂ

Pre-requisites:Â

  1. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a result oriented attitude
  2. Ability to manage high pressure situations
  3. Strong written and verbal communicationÂ
  4. Familiarity with instagram, canva, calendar and excel

Additional Details:

1. This is a full-time position, in office, 5.5 days/week.

2. We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of startup experience to join us immediately
