Job description
Role & responsibilities
Conduct the water networks leaks, repair, maintenance & replacement works of any
type of materials such as DCIP, HDPE, Copper & MDPE and apparatuses exist indistribution & transmission networks.
Conducts water networks leaks, repair, maintenance & replacement of
Copper Pipe, Polyethylene, MDPE, Asbestos Cement Pipe, Ductile Iron
Pipes or HDPE range from 15mm to 63mm for Service Connections & from 80mm to 1600mm for main pipeline.
Conduct repair, maintenance & replacement of Valves & Fire hydrants in water networks.
Conducts low Pressure and No Water cases.
Collect data from site for any complaints attended.
Prepares to the supervisor for un-containable cases.
Tests the repair job before leave the site work to confirm no leaks.
Safety on work.
Knowledge in water works materials, emergency pipe repair works, network maintenance etc.
Ability to work on difficult conditions.
Skill to use tools effectively.
