Job description

Looking for Corporate Trainer: Soft Skills and Functional (Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Personal Finance)

Position Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday - 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Liaise with clients to determine training needs and appropriate solutions

2. Design and develop effective training content and programs

3. Prepare educational material such as module summaries, quizzes etc.

4. Conduct training programs, seminars, workshops etc.

5. Maintain attendance and other records including evaluation of training participants

6. Research, target, and open new client opportunities for the programs designed.

7. Reaching prospective clients over personal/online meetings from databases/referrals with the support of sales teams

Ideal candidate should be:

· Qualified MBA or equivalent

· Prior experience (min 2 years) as corporate trainer is a must

· Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

· Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); Online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet etc.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

· Having permanent residence in Mumbai
