Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Guest service representative.The Representative will be responsible for day to day tasks associated with providing membership and subscriptions to the customers.
Also, managing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction. The representative is responsible for sales management and communication with customers.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate should be a graduate in hospitality or related field.
The Candidate should have experience of atleast 1 year in the field of Hospitality.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Marketing skills and knowledge of industry.
Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Salary
• Upto 40k monthly
