Role: HR Policy Executive
Working Time: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: MONDAY TO SATURDAY
Working Mode: Hybrid
Salary: 18k to 30k
Language: English
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR policy development and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related to Human Resources field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze current company policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Compare existing policies with new compliance requirements and make recommendations for necessary updates or changes.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyse data to assess the effectiveness of existing policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Create exceptional policies in exceptional cases, such as addressing unique employee situations or accommodating special circumstances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure policy alignment and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure policies remain current and compliant.
