Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant: Benefits and Compensation Experience Level: Experience Required: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on Benefits and Compensation modules. Location: Noida (Hybrid) Availability: Immediate Responsibilities: Understand and document business requirements Convert business requirements into Oracle Cloud specifications Implement all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud system according to requirements specifications Conduct thorough testing and trainings Conduct requirement and design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots (CRPs) and user acceptance tests (UATs) Develop OTBI reports to support integrations with external systems Work closely with internal and Oracle teams to implement solutions according to industry best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, IT, etc.) 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations At least one successful full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing and cutover Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as Design Studio and HDL Should have exposure to HCM Extracts and OTBI Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Certification in Oracle Cloud Compensation or Benefits is a big plus How to Apply: Interested candidates meeting the above requirements are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter to “[email protected]”.
