1. Experience in LoadRunner performance testing tool
2. Should have good knowledge of end-to-end performance testing activities
3. Experience in coordinating with customers & other vendors individually
4. Experience in writing basic SQL queries to extract data from DB
5. Experience in deriving NFRs, identifying concurrent users, volumes/transaction details from production/other logs
6. Good communication skills
7. Expertise in analyzing test results, drawing conclusions from available server stats
8. Experience in different performance monitoring techniques.
Good to have:
1. Experience in working across different protocols.
2. Expertise in cloud based performance testing
3. Basic knowledge in CI/CD, blockchain, IoT and other emerging technologies.
