Job description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. As a Sales Manager you will lead our sales team drive revenue growth and foster client relationships within the IT domain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT solutions and services along with proven leadership skills in managing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies within the IT domain to achieve organizational goals.
Provide visionary leadership and direction to the sales team setting clear goals and expectations.
Team Management:
Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team with a focus on IT solutions and services.
Conduct regular performance evaluations providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive team culture.
Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for IT products and services.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and technological advancements to identify sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the IT industry.
Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and address complex IT requirements.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses within the IT domain.
Present sales updates and results to the executive team.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as marketing and product development to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective communication between sales and IT solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within the IT industry.
Solid understanding of IT solutions and services including software development infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced IT environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
