Title: Team Lead Inside sales

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

As a Team Leader Inside Sales you have to drive revenue of our eLearning and live/virtual

classes offerings across all major metros in India. You should have a proven sales record in

pharma medical or healthcare industry and are comfortable with leading Inside Sales and

evangelizing our product offering to medical professionals across different specializations.

This position requires a candidate who can stay focused and keep up with our

continuous and fastpaced growth all while motivating others to meet the daily challenges of

an extremely deadlinedriven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment

to employee development (including an emphasis on selection and retention) as well as an

exceptional level of dedication motivation and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated markets and

collaborate with other sales leaders to meet the overall company goals.

Own revenue market share and P&L goals with focus on sales efficiency reduced cost

of acquisitions and collections.

Manage multilocation teams and improve sales operations through training job

rotation and recruitment

Manage online lead generation process through partners and drive increased

conversion ratios

Coach and develop ISMs for achieving their monthly quarterly and annual targets

Identify system and process improvement opportunities which will directly influence

revenue generation

Participate in recruitment and selection activities including role modeling through hiring

decisions and processes

Partner with support organization to drive exceptional customer experience

Requirements

Desired Skills :

Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments

Proven experience setting up Outbound Call Centre Operations.

Experience in pharma medical equipment healthcare industry preferred

Bachelor s degree required MBA preferred

5 years of progressive inside sales experience

Proven experience in identifying recruiting and managing high performing teams

Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures

Any Bachelors Degree. Excellent English communication is a must Ability to counseling and selling skills. Basic knowledge of methods involved in presenting, promoting, and selling products or services. Should be able to communicate in 2-3 languages. Candidates fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam & Kannada languages will be preferred.
