Job description
1.Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

5.Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary, seeking resolutions that align with the company's objectives.
6.Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
7.Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the IT industry and advise the company on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
8.Training and Awareness: Conduct legal training sessions for employees to enhance legal awareness and ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
