We are looking for
Dynamic Business Finance Manager who is just loves numbers and knows how to present it.
Responsibilities - Understand the business and key business drivers
- Prepare management reports including Pamp;L, Balance Sheet , Cash flow on a periodic basis ( weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Provide Project wise Pamp;L including insights into financial performance, including variance analysis
- Provide reports for detailed movement of cash across the Lines of business and prepare and update Pamp;L on cash basis for LOB's on a daily basis
- Prepare and maintain a budget for Pamp;L across LOB's and report on actual vs budget on a monthly / weekly basis
- Compile ad-hoc financial and management reports on business performance and interpret business performance, including variance analysis to management
- Develop, update and finalise financial modelling for Pamp;L and EBITDA projections for the organisation
- Review pricing proposals and prepare EBITDA projections / impact and suggest recommendations on business models from a pricing and EBITDA perspective
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans
- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances
- Conduct reviews and provide recommendations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Prepare schedules as part of audit deliverables and complete year end audit closely working with Statutory / Internal auditor
Requirements And Skills - Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Proven experience in Business finance and financial planning and analysis
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of finance software and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Good understanding ofZoho ERP
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Professional qualification of CA with at least 3 years experience post qualification
