We are looking for an energetic female candidate who has completed her BBA/MBA and is looking forward to building her career in Talent Acquisition with a software product company.
Overview:
The role of a Recruitment Trainee is crucial in assisting the recruitment team in identifying evaluating and hiring top talent for the organization. The trainee will gain handson experience in various aspects of the recruitment process contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as social media job boards and networking
- Screening and reviewing resumes to identify potential candidates
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Participating in interview processes alongside senior recruiters
- Assisting in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts
- Providing support in maintaining recruitment databases and candidate records
- Participating in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Learning and utilizing recruitment software and tools effectively
- Collaborating with team members on various recruitment projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Detailoriented with a high level of organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
Salary:
12000 Per Month for the Initial 3 Months and postconfirmation CTC Between 33.6 LPA based on performance
