Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Unacademy's Kota center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a steady stream of lead generations for admissions, thereby contributing to the growth and success of our offline educational programs. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential students, parents, educational consultants, schools, and other relevant stakeholders in the region.

Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities are mentioned below but are not limited to:

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads for admissions by reaching out to potential students and their parents through various channels such as calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.

2. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with educational consultants, schools, coaching centers, and other referral partners to increase the visibility and reach of Unacademy's programs in Kota.

3. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Kota to identify new opportunities and strategies for lead generation.

4. Event Participation: Represent Unacademy at educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and other relevant events in Kota to promote our programs, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the education sector.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.

6. Knowledge of the local educational ecosystem in Kota would be advantageous.

7. Flexibility to work on weekends and travel within the region as required.
