Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with the CHRO to align HR strategies with the overall organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
Project Management: Oversee critical HR projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
Senior stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders (CoE Leaders), including senior leaders, to represent the CHRO's vision, gather insights, and foster productive relationships.
Data Analytics: Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights for the CHRO. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Communication Liaison: Manage communication on behalf of the CHRO, crafting compelling messages, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
Change Management: Drive HR transformation initiatives by facilitating change management strategies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Special Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, ranging from HR process enhancements to culture-building initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Required Qualifications
10+ years of working experience in Human Resources function within Industrial/ Manufacturing sector.
MBA from Tier 1,2 Preferred.
A successful track record of implementing OHS measures, Labour Laws and Reward management is a must.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and integrity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
