Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with the CHRO to align HR strategies with the overall organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  2. Project Management: Oversee critical HR projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Senior stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders (CoE Leaders), including senior leaders, to represent the CHRO's vision, gather insights, and foster productive relationships.
  4. Data Analytics: Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights for the CHRO. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  5. Communication Liaison: Manage communication on behalf of the CHRO, crafting compelling messages, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
  6. Change Management: Drive HR transformation initiatives by facilitating change management strategies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  7. Special Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, ranging from HR process enhancements to culture-building initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of working experience in Human Resources function within Industrial/ Manufacturing sector.
  2. MBA from Tier 1,2 Preferred.
  3. A successful track record of implementing OHS measures, Labour Laws and Reward management is a must.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  7. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  8. High level of discretion and integrity.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
