Job description (Manager / Senior Manager: React Developer)
Designation: Manager / Senior Manager Job Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore Shift Timing: 12:00PM IST – 10:00 PM IST Experience: 6-10 years Job Responsibilities Work in a live client engagement environment on short term high intensity projects. Plan and direct a team of React Developers, for timely delivery of client project. Analyze diverse business problems to provide high quality and actionable business insights. Deliver innovative solutions that create significant impact on client’s business. Design & build data pipelines to ingest and transform the data into our Data platform and validate various overall processes to ensure error free deployment. Demonstrate familiarity across areas such as Javascript, React.js, HTML, CSS for ensuring better team management, and co-ordination of sub team efforts. Ensure that developer responsibilities are being met by mentoring, reviewing code and test plans, verifying that design best practices as well as coding and architectural guidelines, standards, and frameworks are adhered to by offering guidance, communicating risk, and addressing roadblocks as they arise. Understand and conceptualize new features using React.js, that are accessible to the users. Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development technology. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate progress throughout project lifecycles in an organized manner Must have: Functional understanding across the following areas: a. CSS, HTML, and JavaScript b. React.js and its key principles Common React.js workflows such as Flux, MobX or Redux Functioning of popular programming tools such as Git repositories, RESTful APIs, IDEs, Typescript · Work experience in an Agile/Scrum Development Process. · Familiarity across working of commonly used frontend development tools such as Babel, and NPM. · At least 5 years of experience in an analytics environment. · Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent. · Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
