About Our Client Our client is a Netherlands based multi-national company Our client is coming up with a couple of unique mixed-use projects in the Delhi NCR region Job Description The QA/QC Manager is responsible for planning and implementing the Quality Management Plan and supervising the performance of the PMC and contractors. Providing quality assurance advice and independent monitoring capability through design, manufacturing, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
Support project delivery from a quality assurance perspective, including design and manufacturing through to installation and completion
Supervise the QA of the project or its parts, including QC inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records
Develop company quality procedures, standards, and specifications
Coordinating with the PMC and General Contractor for all quality related matters
Monitor and inspect construction activities and advise the Project Director on QA/QC issues, such as non-compliance with standards, or potential problems that could affect schedule, scope, cost, or safety
Provide oversight and independent inspection, and verification of construction contractor(s) quality control processes, and documentation of all construction activities
Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans by the PMC on site
Tracking and ensuring timely close-out of non-conformances and defects
The Successful Applicant
B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Architecture
More than 15 years of experience in QA/QC for a PMC or developer in the construction industry
Knowledge of Façade, MEPF, Hardscape, Landscape, RCC is mandatory
Prior experience in large scale mixed-use projects will be preferred
